WCC is working to protect our community during the COVID-19 pandemic by:
- Increasing frequency of cleaning
- Adjust spacing of desks and/or installing barriers between desks
- Decreased communal spaces and soft surfaces
- Limit the total capacity
- Contactless thermometer on site for fever screening
- Restrict use of shared dishes & utensils
- Offer readily accessable hand sanitizer, cleaner, and soap
- Covid-19 signage posted throughout the building
- Restrict visitors and impose an appointment only policy for tours
- Temporary hold on new memberships
- No pubic events
Wonder CC Members are asked to follow the below protocols while working at WCC:
- Before coming to WCC please perform a personal screening for COVID-19 symptoms by asking yourself the below questions. If you can answer yes to any of these questions, follow CDC-recommended steps. Members should notify Cat/Nick and not return to WCC until the criteria to discontinue home isolation are met, in consultation with healthcare providers and state and local health departments.- Are you experiencing a dry cough, shortness of breath or sore throat? 
- Do you have a general feeling of illness or tiredness? 
- Do you currently have a fever that exceeds 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or have had a fever in the last 48 hours? 
- Have you had any loss of taste or smell? 
- Have you had vomiting or diarrhea in the last 24 hours? 
 
- Masks or face coverings ARE required for all members and visitors in the following situations: - Entering the building 
- Walking through communal areas, including the kitchen, and restrooms 
- While working or walking in close proximity to other members or visitors. 
 
- Members are NOT required to wear masks in the following situations: - While in private work spaces 
- If you are the only person in the building or communal areas 
- While eating (cause that would be impossible) 
- While taking a conference call 
 
- Maintain Social distancing standards (6 feet rule) 
- Members should avoid touching their eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands. 
- Members are required to wipe down of all shared surfaces before and after use (cleaning supplies are available near the front door and kitchen area) 
- Dedicated desk and private work space members are encouraged to clean their work surfaces regularly. 
- Members with approved visitors agree to share and police WCC’s COVID-19 procedures to help maintain the safety of our community. 
- Members who are well but who have a sick family member at home with COVID-19 should notify Cat/Nick and follow CDC recommended precautions.
