MMDC is embedding 3 creatives in Madison Heights during High Ground News' deep dive in the neighborhood to aid in research into the community. Creative Researchers will spend 3 months (mid April - mid July) collaboratively researching, investigating, learning, and meeting the residents of this neighborhood to define the physical, physiological, and anthropological boundaries of the neighborhood. Potential creative researchers will be fielded via nomination process. Nominators will be comprised of Madison Heights community stakeholders and arts & community organizations. This project is not limited to traditional visual or performing artists, but creative and introspective thinkers who can work empathically with the community. The nature of the project for creative researchers is to serve as objective & innovative translators for community voices.

- Reside in the Greater Memphis Area
